Welcome to Adam Group. Adam Group ("us", "we", or "our") operates adamgroupiq.com and the Rebare Adam mobile application (package: com.adamex.rebareadamjv1), collectively referred to as the "Service".

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, safeguard, and disclose information that results from your use of our Service — whether through the website or the mobile app. We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of our Service and, together with this Privacy Policy, constitute your agreement with us.

📖2. Definitions

SERVICE — the adamgroupiq.com website and the Rebare Adam mobile application operated by Adam Group.

USAGE DATA — data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.

3.1 Personal Data You Provide

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:

Phone number — collected during registration for account creation and SMS verification via Firebase Authentication
Address, country, state, province, ZIP/postal code, city
Cookies and Usage Data

3.2 Usage Data

We may collect information that your browser or device sends when you visit or use our Service. This may include your IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time and date of visit, time spent on pages, device type, device unique ID, operating system, and other diagnostic data.

3.3 Location Data

The Rebare Adam app requests access to your device location (GPS and network-based) to show nearby businesses, services, and points of interest on the map. You can enable or disable location services at any time through your device settings. Denying location permission will limit map and nearby-search features.

3.4 Push Notification Token

A device token is generated by Firebase Cloud Messaging and OneSignal to deliver service alerts, availability updates, and other notifications. You can opt out through your device notification settings.

3.5 Favorites & Preferences

Sectors, cities, and locations you mark as favorites, as well as your language preference (Arabic/Kurdish), are stored locally on your device and may be synced to our servers.

3.6 Tracking & Cookies Data (Website)

On our website, we use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity and hold certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies; however, some portions of the Service may not function properly without them.

Location permission is requested at runtime. You can revoke any permission at any time via your device's Settings → Apps → Rebare Adam → Permissions.

📣7. Advertising & Behavioral Remarketing

We may use third-party Service Providers to show advertisements to you to help support and maintain our Service. We may also use remarketing services to advertise on third-party websites after you have visited our Service. We and our third-party vendors use cookies to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on your past visits.

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, and to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Account data (phone number) is retained for as long as your account is active. Analytics and log data are retained for a shorter period unless needed to strengthen security or improve functionality. Firebase Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months by default. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us (see Section 15).

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ.

If you are located outside Iraq and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Iraq and process it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

Adam Group will take all reasonably necessary steps to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. No transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or country unless adequate security controls are in place.

Legal Requirements — if required by applicable law, court order, or governmental authority.
Protection of Rights — if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Adam Group, our customers, or others.
Your Consent — with your consent in any other cases.

We implement industry-standard security measures including Firebase's built-in security infrastructure and encrypted data transmission (HTTPS) to protect your Personal Data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you are a resident of the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights covered by GDPR. We aim to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.
